Get creative in the kitchen by trying to make a new dish with only using ingredients that are already in the house. You’ll be surprised what you come up with! Your favorite restaurants may temporarily out of business so now is a great time to try your hand at cooking! Don’t hesitate to use google or youtube for some inspo!
Take a few moments out of each day to practice being still. There are lots of guided meditation videos you can on youtube. Take a break from the news and negativity and bring your mind, body and spirit back to center. This is a great way to alleviate stress and clear your mind to refocus on what’s important.

Now is the perfect time to purse your passion and get that side hustle started! And with all of the extra time on our hands, its a great time to research, plan and create some amazing content. Start a blog, a podcast or perhaps a youtube channel. There’s lots to learn and there’s not time like the present.

Binge-watch that new series or dig in the archives and replay an old favorite. My personal recommendations are Schitt’s Creek and Will & Grace. Streaming services like HULU, Amazon Prime, and Netflix always have fresh content. Binge-watching is liking putting on an old comfy sweat shirt, it puts you in your happy place.

We’ve been cooped up for so long we barely know each other anymore!
